SCSBOA Festival
and
Pre-Festival Concert
On Monday, March 19th all LMS Band Students that will be performing at the SCSBOA (Southern California School Band & Orchestra Association) Festival will perform for their families and friends in the LMS MPR. This is a wonderful opportunity for students to perform their festival music in front of a live audience. Call time for band students is 6:30pm. Doors will open at 6:30pm, with the concert beginning at 7:00pm. Admission is free. Snacks will be available for purchase.
On Tuesday, March 20th all LMS Intermediate & Concert Band students will travel by bus to West Ranch High School in Valencia to perform at the SCSBOA Festival. Then, on Wednesday, March 21st, selected Beginning Band students will perform at the SCSBOA Festival.
Please remind your child that he/she is to wear correct concert attire for the Pre-Festival Concert, as well as the SCSBOA Festival.
Permission slips with additional information will be going home with your child during the next few days.
