2009 Gala 

Thank you all for making this event a huge success!

Thank you to everyone who helped make this event a success.  A special thank you to the Delgado Brother's Band for their generous donation to our band program.  Thanks to the Delgado Brother's friends and family for also supporting LMS Bands.  Thank you to All American Audio Visual for their constant support of these programs.  A huge thank you to Blanca for catering this event with a delicious dinner.  Thank you to Command Performance Catering for providing us with scrumptious deserts.  Thank you to A Rental Connection for supplying us with the essentials like tables, chairs, and chafing dishes.  Thank you to Mel-O-Dee Nursery for donating the live plant centerpieces.  Thank you to Mark Wamhoff for your dedication to our student's musical education.

Exciting Band News:
 

Lawrence Middle School’s Concert Band attended The Little Rock High School’s SCSBOA Music Festival on March 7^th, 2008 and received a unanimous “ Superior” rating by all three judges and a fourth judge rated them "Superior" for sight reading..  They have now been invited to participate April 22^nd at Moorpark High School’s SCSBOA Regional Music Festival.  A superior rating represents the finest conceivable performance for the event and the class of participants being judged; worthy of the distinction of being recognized as among the very best.  This rating is reserved for the truly outstanding performance and might be compared to a percentage grade of 90 – 100.   We applaud these fine musicians and Mr. Wamhoff for their success and wish them further success at the regionals.
